The Journey of The Eight Tinkers - Edited

This is the story of a journey of The Eight Tinkers from 336/401 to unquestionably the grandest natural beauty in Karnataka, rich as it is in splendid scenery – “THE JOGFALLS” the highest untiered waterfall in India (drops directly & does not stream on to rocks).

Jogfalls originates from the Sharavathi river. The water falls from a height of 253m, second highest after the Nohkalikai falls of 335m. It’s located in Sagara, Shimoga district of Karnataka. It’s a famous tourist place & known by various names : Gerusoppe Falls & Jogada Gundi.

The thought of the journey was conceived in the brains of Sandy who perhaps wanted to exhibit her photography skills before a scenic beauty like the Jog Falls

On the 10th day of Sep 2011, The Gang of 8 Tinkers started the journey from Bengaluru, another city which makes a man run behind time though he doesn't wish to, at 8'o clock in the night after some mind boggling peth puja. Interestingly, the food that we ordered for dinner was gobbled up by us in a single gulp even before it could hit the plate. The scene was unique as it appeared as though we had not seen food since ages

We stepped out of the house on time and it started to rain to give us a essence & feel of our destination was felt. We reached on time to Majestic from where we took bus to Sagar which is around 8 hours from Bengaluru

The moment we entered the bus, we tightened our seat belts with a lot of excitement & all were fultoo active. As they say, empty vessels make more noise, we all got into that stint soon. The guys need not laugh as they already look like our ancestors. Our volumes zoomed and the fellow passengers too were loomed. Though they were staring at us and giving us fearful looks, we were in no mood to bother about them. We had already stepped away from botheration. And soon, to add to this, we started playing Dumb Charades. I opened the innings while Sandy began with the ball. The fielders aka the passengers were damn irritated and expressed it to us through various types of noises to shut our mouths. But then, for the kind of jovial passengers we were, each noise from the external forces only instigated our internal forces to do more. After some time, however, the lights went off and to our dismay, we had to dismiss the dazzling activities, stop tinkling and go to sleep watching the twinkling stars

At the end of the Dumb Charades, we felt the essence of the quote, 'Unity in Diversity'. There was no better example of diversity in India than ourselves. Amid us, we had people who speak Hindi, Kannada, Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi and of course, English. Sometimes, diversity created confusions. At those times, we have to keep up the national spirit and ensure our decisions are in the nation's best interests. No, there was nothing we were discussing about the nation. We just wanted to play a movie and we chose to play a Hindi movie. Now, that's too much for anyone to take

All the tinkers were busy talking all night as always. Due to this new found closeness and additional attachment, some interesting revelations were out in the open. I thought we were now getting stuck with Fevi Kwik in lieu of the FeviCol. I was stuck to Haji, Sandy to Chomi, Archu to Nahida and Paddu to Shanta

At around 5.15 in the morning, we landed at Sagar where Rain God welcomed us. In some time, Girish, who was in charge of our accommodation picked us from there to the lodge. The facilities at lodge were above expectation as we were told that Sagar is a small place & it’s difficult to get rooms even with minimum facilities & that was really a delight to us. It’s always holds good : Whenever a human being expects than what one deserves or expects more it’s always we end up in miseries & troubles but when you know that you’re not gonna get anything & set your mind to adjust things will flow smooth automatically & it will be a moment of delight & adds up to one’s satisfaction level. The same was experienced by us at Devaspeth, a place just before Tumkur wherein the bathrooms were so clean that it was unexpected & on the other hand it’s really sad that people don’t know how to make use of bathrooms such people should be penalized

There are many such small things which most of the so called educated people only perform such super actions in the daily life that too in the simplest of the simplest things : usage of water, usage of power, food wastage, disposal of the garbage & so many such activities which we witness in our daily life

Human life has become such that it can come up with the most complicated software to solve a problem, most well designed plan to become rich, technologies which can crack any pot to resolve things but when it comes to basics it’s a big zero wasting natures & national resources jaise khudh ka property & spoil it big time.

More than what we earn & what position we are it’s suggestible to learn the basic which can make or break anything & everything

Oh yeah, hang on at this place : Devaspeth, we experienced some pleasant moments

It was 11:30 in the night, cool winds, hot tea/coffee with such a big & energetic gang of girls it was really awesome & relaxing & we did capture the moments in the camera

Ting tong lets go back to 5.15 am 

The moment we reached the room we started to get ready & you know we are gals & by default we take time & then got ready all were set to go & the 1st Rank stood by our Spiritual guide with a nice jeans & top & the hep goggles made her look even more cool & then comes Miss. Tinker Cashier oohhh she was looking cool with the long skirt & almost ready for a wramp walk. Others please a round of applause for the rank holders & what about other 6 you’ll are thinking about you know audience bhi zaroori hai yaar if no audience then who can comment? Ha ha ha…………

All set to go again began our journey with peth puja & it was the Purple Chevrolet Travera our journey ka humsafar was waiting for us which was drove by Mr. Chandru. It was really fun in the cab we screamed like never before & had fun & did all possible things to enjoy the most memorable was whenever any vehicle used to pass by us we used to make the driver overtake it & keep screaming till the time we reach them & once we reach we used to scream louder & behave as we won the race & many of them were boys in the vehicles & we legally teased them as they do & this was the most daring & enjoyable moments. Arey ladkiyon ko kamzor mat samjhana hum he tho hai jo sab se takatvar hai kyunki Kashmir se kanyakumari tak, assam se Gujarat tak sab jagah nari he jo hai jo rule kar rahi hain arey Srimati.Pratibha Patil hamari Rashtrapathi ek nari he tho hai.

Gone are the days were in women are not allowed to even go out of the home, this is the era were in we witness the real potential of a women is more than just handling the house chores infact handles home & office chores in a well balanced way…….. Nari tujhe salaam…..

The first destination was Sigandur around 40km from Sagar a beautiful place to enjoy the scenic beauty through journey in the water, backwater of the river Shravathi

It was great great fun at this place as we spent around 1.5hrs in the Ferry wherein it travels from end to the other end & the travel fair was Re.1/ & I was just amazed thought nothing is affordable at this price in this 21st century but found it & it’s really amazing even Re.1/ found it’s value  & further more amazed to see the Buses & four wheelers getting into the Ferry & being dropped safely.

The best moment was we all sat on the ferry with our legs floating outside the ferry & just above the river water & screamed to the extent of satisfaction & happiness & had loads of fun I really enjoyed a lot with our Tinker Energy Booster 

The journey continued & the next place was named as Ekkeri which was 25kms towards Sagar werein we visited the Rameshwara temple which is 500 years old, it was just pleasant & soothing to be there

India is known for land of temples & this one was just one of the beautiful & ancient temple in India. Further we moved to Varadahalli werein Sri Shridhar Matha is situated but we were running short of time so we had to make a move to the most awaited place of our journey the jogfalls which was around 32 – 35 km from Varadahalli & around 1.15 pm we reached Jog & it was such a bliss to have viewed the beautiful scene of the Jog Falls. There are many Falls which we can view and they are named as Raja, Rani, Rocket & Roro all four add to make the eyesight even more pleasant. The density & the Height from which the water was flowing was just unimaginable.

In addition to the view there was a small adventure which we all experienced may be the height equivalent to the water from the place it was flowing there is a backwater place where you can play & enjoy in the water further you can have naturally the Fish Spa which is really blessed to have & also feel the water of the Jog at this place. 6 Tinkers other than Tinker Joker & Tinker EQ Builder should add to the experience of the same

A nice & beautiful safar with the Friends was really an Energy Booster & Stress Buster from the daily mechanical routine. Hang on! Another small adventurous part of the journey is yet to be disclosed & Tinker Energy Booster made it all possible the bus from Sagar to Shimoga was not less than Ferrari speed & thanks to the person who made us reach in time

Well the journey took its birth in the minds of Sandy & it was then decided to go for the most scenic beautifying place ‘The Jog Falls’
Gang of 8 Tinkers began the journey from Bengaluru a city which makes a man run behind the time though don’t wish to  at 8 ‘o’ clock in the night on 10th Sep 2011. And it all began with doing peth puja & we got dinner & in a single plate we all had together like we never had dinner before(I mean the pace gals  )

The moment we stepped out it began to rain & the essence of our destination was felt over here. We reached on time to Majestic from where we took bus to Sagar which is around 8hrs journey from Bengaluru

We even took a step ahead & started playing Dum Shadas  & I was the opening batswoman  & Sandy the opening baller

All the passengers were getting damn irritated & making all sort & possible noises so that we will keep quiet & we being aware of it couldn’t stop ourselves from making fun because we are joyal passengers & our intension was to make the best out of the trip but then you know passengers usually tend to sleep & take rest but we are Tinkers you know & we had to tinkle all the time & had nice fun & then finally the lights were turned off & we had to dismiss our dum shadas 
But at the end of the dum shadas event there was the essence of Hindustanism was being observed because all 8 Tinkers differ in the language they speak(Hindi, Kannada, Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi) & we were confused as to which language movie to enact & finally we chose Hindi as it’s our national language & that’s what makes an Indian & India wherein it’s the only place on the Globe where ‘n’ number of cultures & languages are found & practiced unitedly with respect & love towards each other communities & that’s the spirit of India. Jai Hind!!!

Aha! We are Tinkers we found out ways then we started talking to each other whole night & it was really good we shared so many things with each other. Myself & Haji, Sandy & Chomi, Archu & Nahida & finally Paddu & Shantha sat together & all were sharing one or the other thing with each other & that is were you get to know more of a person than when you have a usual talk because these are some moments when you get to know each other

Hindustan Against Corruption.........

The Anna Hazare fever has blown the entire nation like a Tsunami but unfortunately the citizens are hit by it & not the who actually should be hit(govt)

Well the journey of this simple but great man Sri. Anna Hazare began the journey since 1968 inspite of making considerable effort it failed but the race restarted on 5th April 2011 & still the struggle is On I do not understand why because I'm really surprised when the Lokpal bill is in favour of the citizens & it aims at what the common man wants in the system why it is been not accepted by the govt, when it comes to voting they apply the concept of democracy telling all lectures that it is : of the people, by the people & for the people, but when people go to them asking for what they want then they show their back ? such is the system."Corruption is ingrained in our society to such an extent that it's nullifying our fundamental rights: to express, to speak or to even claim for our basic right" Hats off to the Gandhian topi man who is struggling since 1968 & even now fighting for it

Law ka Jaadu:
Anna had made the Right to Information bill get passed in Mumbai which made the govt disclose information to the citizens which is our right later when they found threats Govt again wanted to take it back but that didn't happen as Anna fought back again with support from the people all over the nation

I doubt are laws made to suit the needs of the comman man or the people in power to play with them? Whenever they want they change it according to their comforts & wish

Indian Constitution is considered to be one of the longest constitution in the world but I really don't understand what it contains & why it contains because the content are never in favour of the common man & if at all exist never executed

Anna has suggested the Parliament to come up with draft in consent with the general public regards the Lokpal bill so that it's fair enough to support the fight against corruption.

For every action we need to pay bribe whether knowingly/unknowingly or wantedly/unwantedly to such an extent we have been the victim of this giant demon corruption & it has emerged out of our own practice of giving money where it is not required

Now a days people demand money illegally(bribe) apart from drawing thier salary for which they are paid to deliver the defined set of duties, how insane it sounds but we have been the part of such an act which has led to the Giant demon corruption

The nation is addressed as Democratic country just for the namesake because even we as citizens don't make use of our rights & neither claim it. Just take an example which we witness on daily basis : A gentlemen comes & sit on the Ladies seat & Ladies don't dare to even speak or stand for their rights neither claim for it further even after the lady claims the Bus conductor who is the authority I mean legally authorised person will not support the lady because he do not
want to as he favours his own clan. The same is the situation with the Lokpal bill as the Govt has no returns rather huge losses they just do not want to pass the bill because here majority of the people swim in the same boat of corruption so they do not want to pass the same because for any bill to be passed in the parliament there should be simple majority which will never be witnessed
To reach out a person you need to pay bribe, to get your own work done you need to pay bribe, to exercise your right which has no charge you need to pay bribe, everywhere there is bribe & it's really sad that a common struggles at the end as irrespective of the acceptance or the rejection of the Lokpal bill the paying of bribe will be continued because though we have written constitution it's just for name sake nothing is actually applicable because they form it in such a way that if one Act says a particular action if offensive they pass another Act in contradiction to the same which nullifies the good

People at Parliament will speak for few days & come up with some conclusion & still keep enjoying because people at power are the one who are making laws so it's obvious that they do it in their favor. Anna has been sent to jail on the grounds of apprehension of breach of peace what about the daily peace which the law is taking out of our routine life?

I'm surprised as to how these people at power are thinking so much to pass the bill when we the citizens approaching them what we want, it's really crazy

A comman man just to avoid the delay & disruption in getting once work done are being the victim of corruption it shows the morality of the officer being in the service & also the extent of justice & honesty towards the work

All in all the so called 21st century is just running on money, values do not have any significance

Paisa paisa karta hai yeh
Sab paise pe he marta hai

Anna requesting to all citizens to come & claim for their own rights & majoirty don't want thier own rights to be enjoyed that's were the change is required from each one of us & it's only then we can change the system. The way people at power stick to their decision which favours them in looting us(the common man) it's time for us to stick on to the Lokpal bill & make it reach it's destination of being implemented

Alarm for each one of us: Wake up & fight corruption be it anyone & any place do not give a single paise as bribe & throw this demon - corruption in the Trash

Let we(the comman man) live peacefully & they live the present life of a comman man which of struggle & let the nation be free of corruption

I would like to take life flight with color, thanks to HP for helping me to give a thought about life around which every other thing on this planet revolves further to give a thought & see how colorful life is.

Everyone wish to lead a happy & successful life so as I wish to live

In making the journey happy & successful we as a human being tend to react & overreact to certain things & that is how it should be as the Newton – III law says : “Every action should has an equal & opposite reaction”

In the process of making life colorful by which I mean happy & successful as one feels life is colorful only if one is happy & feels everything is on the track else the feeling of black & white comes into play.

It’s the common description of life by every individual:

Whenever facing odds – Life seems to be black & white as the color combination portrays something is missing & also appearance is dull & faded

Whenever things are in order – Life seems colorful & jolly as various colors portrays the feeling of happiness at the sight & also charming & in fact fuel you up with happiness & joy

Everyone has their own perception of what colorful life means:

For a Saint life is colorful when he/she preaches to the world his learning’s from the Guru(teacher) & try to bring about humanity in the society

For an Architect it is to make his/her client happy by building a beautiful place to live in satisfying the requirements

In the same way people in different profession make their work worthy by adding in colors to their respective profession

Every color has its own story to speak about:

Red symbolizes: action, confidence, courage, vitality

Pink symbolizes: love, beauty

Brown symbolizes: earth, order, convention

Orange symbolizes: vitality with endurance

Gold symbolizes: Wealth, prosperity, wisdom

Yellow symbolizes: wisdom, joy, happiness, intellectual energy

Green symbolizes: life, nature, fertility, well being

Blue symbolizes: youth, spirituality, truth, peace

Purple symbolizes: Royalty, magic, mystery

Indigo symbolizes: intuition, meditation, deep contemplation

White symbolizes: Purity, Cleanliness

Black symbolizes: Death, earth, stability

Gray symbolizes: Sorrow, security, maturity

Every color has it's own story to talk about & also has it's own significance

For few, those who are blessed, life seems colorful as they have every other thing to lead a normal life

But for few others life is always black & white inspite of their hard work & efforts

Yes, I mean to talk about the disparity in the society happening due to caste, creed, money, position & everything which adds or fades a color from an individual's life

Everyone cannot possess all colors(I mean the qualities a color symbolises mentioned above) because some need to be gained by making efforts apart from already blessed

If we look into the society the saying which is going on from decades : "Rich are becoming richer, Poor are becoming poorer" is still prominent even after the so called revolution took place in the human era which is adding colors & comforts only to the few & the rest are faded

We witness 'n' number of issues daily where in we hear about the scams, scandals, fraud, loot & the saddest part is legally people in power loot people legally & the general public & adding colors only to their own life & fading away the society's life specially the downtrodden

Wish that every individual has his/her life filled with color atleast with the basic needs so that one can get food, clothing & shelter

Thus we find people of all kinds having different status, position & also differ in the quantum of happiness & sadness one goes through in one's life

Among the various colors available for an individual in life it’s always the color chosen which is close to one heart & comfortable & that is how we find the individual’s in different avatar’s

In the contest it is asked to speak about the color of the blog template & if you have a look at it the sight of the blog will give you a serene look & I chose the color 'BLUE' which talks about : youth, spirituality, truth & peace & my blog title says : " JUST EMBRACE THE PRESENT" as we never know when is the last moment on this planet so always live as if you have no tomorrow & as many colors as possible to your life & people around you

Life is not made up of all colors

Life is not colorful for every individual on this planet

Life always comes with options to choose with

"Thus it’s for each one of us to choose the colors & make it as beautiful as it can be but on the other hand it’s for us to turn the black & white moments of life to make it filled with colors & help oneself to feel the goodness & others as well to grow along"

My Thoughts

Beauty is word that has larger meaning and perception than the ocean. The word Beauty has such an essence that that it soothes the listener and adds joy to the heart

Beauty exists in every creation of the Almighty & also the creations of the human beings

Beauty signifies a good feeling filled with happiness & satisfaction

Everyone wants to own beauty. While some come blessed with it, some need to make efforts to own it. There is an inspiration for everyone to attain the peak of beauty

When the word Beauty is heard, we tend to relate it to certain things that close to heart. Each one of us have a different perception of Beauty.My perception of Beauty is anything that seems pleasant & gives me the wow..!! feeling

While some of us feel that India is the most beautiful nation for its diversified culture, people bonding, traditions & customs and fantastic landscapes, some of us might feel that India is not so beautiful considering the unorganized system, poverty, corruption, bad infrastructure, etc. What we perceive is what we believe

While some of us are happy with what we have, some of us do the mistake of comparing with others and feeling disheartened. Facets of Beauty

It would not be wrong to say that the word Women and the word Beauty complement each other. A lady definitely comes to our minds when the word Beauty is heard. There are 2 important facets of Beauty. The Internal Beauty (Outer appearance) & The External Beauty (Inner thoughts)

External beauty comes as a blessing along with life while Internal beauty is built by us in our lifetime. External beauty fades with time while the Internal beauty grows with time. It helps you get along with people, perform at work, build valued relationships and lead you toward becoming a better human being with every passing moment

All about traffic..................

Traffic sounds so huge, Yes it appears more than it sounds, I'm talking about Bengaluru's traffic............

Info : 84.74 lakh is the population of the "Bruhath Benagaluru" & the number of vehicles stand upto around 39 lakh which constitute to almost 50% of the existing population & thus holding 2nd rank to have the highest number of vehicles next to our Capital City(Obviously arey bhai capital hai tho zahir hai ki sabhi mein pehla number par ho :-))

Traffic ne Manushya jeevi se kya kuch nahi karwaya, iska jhalak dekhlijiye:

Makes You Think :

Traffic makes an individual to get up early irrespective of the type of vehicle we go incase of bus we have to start atleast 2hours before the destination & if you've two wheeler then an hour or before so that one can reach office, school or wherever one wishes to go & make a person to schedule his/her departure timings as well

We might have observed at our respective houses that we will be discussing " I've office at 10 & its around 10-15kms distance & the bus will take atleast 2hours of time to reach so I have to get up early please let me sleep

Another story while returning from office "Sir/Mam it takes 2hours for me to reach home please I can't stay above 6 'o' clock please lemme go" (agar boos maan gaya tho thik hai nahi tho bichare ko na chahate hue kosana padega :-))

What about meetings uska bhi ek kahhani hai sun lo:

X :Sir what time is the meeting & what about the venue.

Y: It is at 10:00 am & at Banashankari

X: Sir you know that I stay at Koramangala & it will take atleast 2hours for me to reach as I'll be coming by bus so I might be late

In the name of traffic we give reasons & take additional time without any reason :-) sahi hai yaaron araam kise nahi chahiye :-)

On The Field :

Two wheeler people wear helmet compulsory as if people meeting with accident get injured only at the head :-) but everything has a golden side of it as helmet will ensure lot of safety so do wear helmet :-)

Three wheeler owners please uniform compulsorily & display your name, address & license no with a photo, why so that in case of any odds one can note it down for the safety purpose. It really helps, good rule COPS

Four wheeler & buses no rules

But everyone has to have all the necessary documents & have to follow the traffic signals

Horns from everyside: right, left, behind & from every possible way

Trying to overtake one another by moving your front tier lil further to the person bescide you indicating that you want to move first & lemme go :-)

Two wheelers, jaha chota sa gap dikh gaya apna gaadi ghusa dete hai chahe ek per pe gaadi chalao ya khudh ko zakham ho jaye bas chal pado

Crossed one signal & before another comes pray that : bhagwan please mujhe ye signal clear karvado, some peple atleast even drive on footpath, arey bhai log kahan par chale ???

Though the signal is in green people dont move & people behind horn in all possible tones & volume

Buses need to stop at the leftside of the road as the bus stops are on the leftside of the road & these buses block the entire road by being in the middle or to the right & create a mess out the traffic which is already so huge

One more obstacles people wanting to take a right/left at a particular cross should be on the respective side but as people are so intelligent that they be on the complete opposite side & the cross comes they come in between & block the entire traffic

Weekends : OMG!!! what a pleasure driving on weekends at Bengaluru as the traffic is much lesser compared to weekdays, thanks to those companies which are not working on weekends but if we look at the other way it portrays that the same companies are the reason for traffic weekdays but again a positive side the same companies have provided more number of employment opportunities as well

Silly reason for traffic jam : The so called VIP's when on their way the most intelligent COPS make the traffic wait for more than 15 - 20 minutes & ensure that there are no vehicles on the way upto 2 - 3 kms on which the so called VIP's are heading & create a big fuss out of the traffic, I really don't understand as to why they make people wait just because of some silly person who is not doing any worth & making others suffer & delay the respective individual's life. Just because of one b.......... VIP they screw up the all residents life as in Bengaluru even if one area is jammed it has an impact on every other areas & I feel this is very unfair practice going on & if you observe when an ambulance is on the way the COPS damn care about it & never try to clear the traffic & make way to save one's life, very very sad to know the system is so unfair wherein the normal people are so much ignored even when they are struggling to survive

Metro's, flyover's & other construction keep on adding to the heavy traffic & make it heavier

In every other small lane you find a signal were as in small cities you hardly find signals. Inspite of having signals people are so indisciplined just imagine without traffic every other day need to go to hospital either to medicate oneself or visit known people for having being injured, thanks to the signals

If one has observed there is no systematic signal timings as one side of the road need to wait 60seconds & the other 100seconds & apart from this the COPS opearte the signal & the so very intelligent COP put in use his extra extra ordinary brain & increase the waiting time for the lane which is lil lesser crowded than the other & make only one side of the vehicles move & create a hell lot of mess because I did experience the same & felt the difference there should be some system to get the same rectified so that no one will have to wait longer & everyone can have a irritation free journey

Against(Panga) Traffic Rules :

Sometimes it so happens that we can't afford to follow all the rules of traffic because situations may not permit one to do so as someone might be in a hurry to meet a person at hospital or someone got late to attend a meeting or someone might have to reach a place as an emergency & so many other such reasons & thus human mind will violet rules, obviously rules are there to violate else why would atleast anyone create rules :-)

But beating the traffic at Bengaluru is one big war & one has to really not make an effort to break the rules especially the signals because once the signals turns green the vehicles move with such a speed that if at all anyone on the way comes they are gonna go for a toss, it is better to not break the rules instead plan & then start your journey & incase of emergency better be extra careful & drive as hurrying up will delay you more than reaching safely, it should not be the other way : you're going to meet someone in hospital & in the urge of going to meet you shouldn't be hospitalised

Traffic As A Bad Man :

Air pollution arises from different sources such as industrial activities, open burning, fuel

combustion, evoporation, etc. One of the major source of air pollution is from

transportation sources due to the exhaust gas

Health effects of air pollution are already well known.For example, carbon monoxide (CO) slows the delivery of oxygen to the body

Exposure to CO result to heart disease and headaches

One can see number of traffic police personnel wearing mask while on duty. Also many two wheeler riders are wearing handkerchief covering their mouth and nose to prevent or reduce inhalation of exhaust gases

Traffic As A DON :

Surviving in case of an emergency is very difficult if at all one is far distant from the hospital as the traffic is so heavy that it becomes difficult for one to reach hospital in time. More importantly because of the lack of understanding of the people it has become more difficult for an Ambulance to reach in time because Ambulance itself means an emergency & people at the signal though it's red they should have common sense that they should break the signal & make way for the ambulance but no, people don't move inspite of the sensible people horns & indicating them to move they still wait for the signal to turn green & it's really sad to witness the same. It's a matter of life, a person inside the ambulance is someone's father/mother,sister/brother, husband/wife,uncle/aunty, grandfather/grandmother or it might be anyone & they are important to their family as it does for every individual thus it's very important for one to understand this & practice the same & can save a life

God help the people in Ambulance to reach the hospital in time............

Funny Learning From Traffic :

It's always when you are at a distance you can see a path which leads to move ahead & step ahead of others in relation to traffic : it's always that a person behind you overtakes, why because he/she is behind & wants to race & move ahead & found a way just bescide you from which one overtakes but you being just bescide the path the one took to overtake you went unseen it's only because you were following only path & didn't think of the options available to you thus it's only when one broadens his/her thinking horizon one can move ahead & keep making efforts

Traffic hadd kar di apne abhi humein kuch alag sochna hoga, jaise ki khudh ko engine lagao aur nikalpado.........

People need to enjoy drive/ride but it's has become frustration & irritation & also an individual's major task in the day's schedule to think upon & decide the day's activities, concerned people need to plan & more importantly DO something as every problem has a solution

Impact of ancestors actions on work culture.....

Every action of human beings have their own impacts thus having experienced, every individual would make a choice among the available options & everyone end up choosing the comfortable & easy options which gives all comforts & ease, not to blame but the very nature of human being...............

Our behavior & actions are the replica of what our ancestors exhibit as everything has an origin & thus followed & ancestors can be in any manner : at home, at school, at college, at workplace, wherever we step we have ancestors & majority of them will follow the footstep irrespective of good,bad, positive, negative, related, unrelated so on & so forth.........

If ancestors follow good practices the predecessors are in profit else suffer.........

Agree that there is no fast rule that we need to follow what our ancestors did but as majority keep following it becomes a major practice & widely accepted practice resisting to which is unacceptable & considered out of way.................

All sounds good & it is good but all this was not channelized as required & made use properly instead took a different turn by which impacted the Work culture & HR policies in a different way & forced to take a different route all together which we are going through, mentioned as below.....(Thus companies decided " abey bahut araam kar liya aap logo ne aur bahut paise bhi loot liya hamara, paise tho lete ho lekin kaam athana ka bhi nahi, chalo abhi tumko batate hain ki kaam kis chidiya ka naam hai, aur woh chidiya is peedi ke nawjawaan jo ki hum he hain jise mast hawa mein uda uda ke kaala kawwa bana rahe hain aur utarwane ka naam he nahi lete :-) )

Present day work culture

Come anytime, go anytime but finish your daily target(Boss is giving freedom to work but at the same time tagging you with loads n loads of work & target to finish)

No need to be formal, address your boss with his/her name & approach for any change in process n its accepted why just because your boss performance is also tagged & it's a ladder to climb up for your boss

Present day HR Policies

Weekend holiday but b........... make you work 5 days more than a hard working donkey

Your salary will be hiked only if your performance is good else be where you are

Want to take leave look at the team members leave calendar & then plan

Till the time you can over perform you can be in the company else you're always welcome to leave even with less than 7 days notice period

OMG!!!!!!!!!!

Things have changed so much, agree that change is the only constant thing but not to this extent that a human being is just running the race without any destination & with no proper route

People working are having a tough time especially women have to do all the house chores come to office work equally as men do & then go back home & again get back to house chores & what not .................

In Govt sectors we witness that hardly people keep up the TAT prescribed for the process instead take their own time & wish but in case of others irrespective of your wish you need to finish your work

But Companies want to become rich instead of employing 100 people they employ 50 people & exploit these 50 equal to 150 that's why now a days people are frustrated, bugged up & lost all interest to do job as no other go to survive in this 'EXPENSIVE' & 'COSTLY' world

People are not getting enough time to complete their own chores forget about spending time with their family members or friends......

Human beings have almost become mechanical & can no more be called as human instead fit to be called as 'MACHINES'

We can only write a blog like this or say some few things for few days & keep quiet but the fact remains the same & the world will continue in the same way as it is called as 'COMPETITIVE' world were in race is among :

What's my wealth & all such materialistic things, nothing called as peace, happiness & satisfaction exist

Around 1.2 billion bulk of youth are only in developing countries so let's we the 'YOUTH' give birth for good practices & be good ancestors for future generation so that forth coming youth will not have the feeling to blame us ...................

Marraige: A beautiful occasion for the bride & groom as they will be stepping into a new phase of life where in they are going to be a part of happiness, sadness, success, failure & everything that each one of them will face in their life & finally going to be" TWO BODY, ONE SOUL"

Life Partner, Husband-Wife, Two body-One soul, Couple, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, Made For Each Other.

Oooohhhhhhh……… all sounds heaven and is heavenly. The Almighty has created so many relationship: Mother, Brother, Sister, Grandfather, Grandmother, Relatives, Friends & so many others to pen down but at the end it’s the so called ‘Life Partner’ gonna be with an individual at each step of life: To be a part of happiness, to share the sadness, to support at difficult times, to give you a hug when you need one without any reason & just make you feel the warmth of the relationship you share, to make you smile & get back to life when you lose hope, to make you cry with loads of happiness, to surprise you with happiness, to scold you & correct when you go wrong, to appreciate you with no reason, to tease you with funny phrases, to console you when angry & get you back on the track & just do everything that keep you smiling & cheerful in life.

Well, everyone has a purpose to attend the marriage having their own reason & thus me & my friend had a reason to attend one of our colleagues marriage the first being he was a nice gentlemen thus to respect his invite we attended & the second being the major motivator that is food as it was a Rajasthani marriage & there will be varieties of food on menu thus we attend the marriage & at the same time did what we had come for i.e, wished our colleague & had nice food & the funniest part was we both took a round at each buffet & tasted all possible things & had great fun. It's always good to have different food every time on menu so that you can taste every delicious food until we depart from this planet & I love exploring places & food.

As I was talking about reasons to attend marriage few of them would be:

An occasion for the relatives to show to the couples family that they're with them

An occasion for friends to celebrate with

An occasion for the known people to make their presence & portray that they value their invitation

An occasion for people to dress up with all possible jewels & costumes especially ladies to portray how much of wealth one possesses & how beautiful one looks(many women on event of a marriage wear almost all the jewels they have, so funny :-), crazy women)

An occasion for the people to show off how much wealth they possess by having made all royal arrangements such as royal food, royal hall, royal accommodation & what not & hey the marriage were in we attend was at 'Royal Orchid', what a rhyme was it, everything 'royal' :-)

Finally people who made their attendance at marriage forget the bride & groom & busy in serving their own purpose of attending the marriage mentioned above(even we did the same busy eating :-) )

Well, after all this circus the host will receive comments such as:

The food was not that good na......

Hey groom is good looking but not the bride...........

Hey they didn't treat us properly think they invited for namesake...........

OMG!!!!!!!! what not comments......... :-)

But after all this it's up to the couples to lead life together & be with each other at the time of all the evens & odds(Be the reason for evens & be a support to come out of the odds)

Beautiful relationship that the Almighty has given birth

Being received invitation from my friend reached my friends home before even she reach home & on reaching had a great time with all her family members..........

It's always good to be with your near & dear one's as at the end of the day you feel relaxed after going through a hectic day ..........

I had a great time as I've been away from my home for almost 5 months & when I visited my friends home & spent time with her family it was really fun...........

The most loving moment was the dinner as my friend was aware I'm on diet knowing this she had arranged for a royal dinner & I jut can't resist myself away from home food: crispy dosa's with yummy coconut chatni, rice with spicy capsicum curry, muruku & delicious black forest pastry, everything was very tasty it's normal dishes but it seemed special to me as I was on diet :-)

A two year old kid taking care of her mother which amazed me the most it was really surprising me when my friend came home her son took her office bag kept in the room made her sit & kissed & hugged her & then made her eat food & what not & no one instructed the small baby but he did everything on his own not only my friend he served food for me & made me feel comfortable, blessed to have a kid like this, so much of understanding at this age it really amazed me & also an inner voice said me " abey isse kuch sikha le" :-)

Source of learning can be anything it's not that it has to be from an experienced person or so even from a small creature of God there is lot of learning, for e.g many of us tell about the ants: which follow a disciplined line & communicating each other about the route...........

And yeah even I experienced many times while driving when you horn to a person they will not stop but if you horn to an animal they will immediately step back or wait so it's not only the human are the source of learning but there are stories of learning in every other thing found on this earth thus it's only up to an individual's perception & approach towards a thing or a situation in life............

A great dinner at my friend's home, thank you friend :-)

At Mc Donald's............

Combined feelings of good & bad at workplace & almost confused.......

Today we were told that everyone will go on job rotation & me & my friend who is close to me were put in a different team & we were badly upset with the same as it was all mixed feelings as I was moving into a team were in I liked the work but the same was not with my friend thus we were actually mood out because it's not only the work we do that matters but also the workplace & people around you matters & we used to have loads of fun & never used to come to know when its time to start back home & it was really fun working with my present team which will be no more as the team I'll be moving into are different set of people very much reserved & even think to respond......... that's ok all this apart.........

Thus we decided to celebrate our ending moments of fun filled work & went to Mc Donald's & had great time but this happened with lot of unexpected events as the moment we decided to go one of our colleague said will join & we had to agree as we didn't have an option & on the way my friend fell down & got hurt badly & then after reaching the colleague who joined us treated us and that was very much unexpected but me & my friend had a great time & the host had to just listen to our talks that was very sad..............

Mc D food is considered to be as beggars food in UK as anyone can afford which costs 1 pound but in our nation it's a royal treat for everyone & many occasions are celebrated at the same place which I came to know by my friend......... We see that there is lot of western influence on Indians in terms of food habits, culture at workplace, the way we dress the way we speak the way we treat each other in each & every action the influence of western culture is been seen knowingly or unknowingly by many of them & everything has two faces it's upto an individual which one to opt for..............

Well lemme come back to our celebration it was really fun as we both yelled & expressed our feelings to the core towards the people whoever was responsible for job rotation & started back our journey to den.......

At the end I feel whatever happens, happens for good as we will get to learn so many new things which is going to add value to our career as we will get to explore new things which is always fun learning as I love to explore................

Unexpected experience.........

Coooool Sunday afternoon, began the journey to meet my friend on the way jumbled up with many things but things were fine, I was very late & had to reach in time & I love riding bike with speed & did the same to reach in time & finally reached the unknown destination chosen by my friend & I was excited as it was a different & new place & would obviously experience new things....... The board of the building read as Indo - French culture centre & was excited because I tried learning French referring the book but unsuccessful..............

Then asked my friend as to for what reason we came but my friend also didn't have any answer but after some analysis found that we had come to watch a "PLAY" then I was in the air because I love exploring new places & food & it was a new experience then we waited for sometime after that they asked us to be seated in a room & the room seemed to be a classroom then I was like " What's all this, how can anyone play a show in this clumpsy classroom & started searching for a stage which I couldn't find"

Now, the climax of the journey, a guy entered & introduced himself & gave us a biiiiiiiig & looooong script then we both looked at each other in confusion then the host of the event said eac one of us will be given a role to play & have to perform then I thought of running out but again waited back as my friend had planned it & we both decided chalo let's have fun with whatever we are doing as it's something new we are doing & we did our best & did perform well.........

The funniest part was we made an entry as an audience & exit as performers & that made us really happy..........(Orison : character as a King was played by my friend & Maria : role of .......... ??????? OMG I really didn't get what was the role but it was really funny & bold as well..... :-) )

Finally journey ended up with fun filling & new experience & also good evening Chats it was very tasty.........

Ajeeb experience...................

Training at ING Vysya Bank training centre dated 26th April 2011

Sudden call from higher official late evening surprised me & even made me feel happy as to I was chosen to be a part of the session & had no clue regarding the subject going to be dealt at the training but chose to attend the training than going to office & going through the routine.

Training was held to discuss the issues & gaps between the back end operations & front end operations of a bank further found that BOSH & Unit heads of chosen department were called upon to participate & discuss & after realising the same felt so good that even I was a part of it.

The so called gathered people began discussing & went on & on & each other trying to share their experience & trying to contribute to the sessions it was really a great learning for me but in a different way, I was really not getting as to what they were discussing about but I learnt one thing that it's really a great feeling to be knowledgeable & share the same.

On the way to home Some funny thoughts were popping in when I was travelling in bus many people came into the bus to sell some eatables & each one were so funny I just couldn't control my laughter. One man entered with popcorns & he was shouting " timepass 5rs" "timepass 10rs"

it was so funny to listen & another person came with butter milk & shouting as butter mille" butter mille" another guy came in & I really couldn't make out what he was shouting & all this seemed very funny I mean the way they were addressing their products was funny & nothing else but behind all that I could see the struggle & pain of poverty they are going through & it's really sad that people in power who can change & make things happen are eating up everyone's money that's why rich are becoming richer & poor are becoming poorer & people who are elected by the people for the people & of the people are applying the policy of for the self of the self but they forget that they are in that position by the people it's very sad to witness all this but the system has been engraved deeply into it that no one can ever swim out of it except getting drowned ...................
