A day in Dandeli...

3 of my friends and I had been to Dandeli for a project work on the topic ‘TRADE UNIONS’ and I was very excited for the same. Not to forget its only by God’s grace I made it to the place because my health was upset at the time of departure from Dharwad but I finally made it to the place and so the moment we stepped into Dandeli we all were happy and were excited to gather many juicy moments of life, to tell the fact we all 4 had come from the point of view of picnic rather than project work. Aahh….. I’m crazy about capturing every moment of the events but I forgot and kept moving then after moving about 10miles it flashed to my mind then I immediately dragged everyone to the entrance and captured the ‘company pravesha’ moment and on the way till we reached our friend’s home we captured many moments. We had great breakfast prepared by my friend’s mother and then again photo session began and I asked my friends to place the ID card in front of them like the police asks the thieves to do and we all did it and when we had a look at this photo everyone were overwhelmed and expressed that this will be one of the best photo of this journey

Then we all 4 were excited to move towards the company and I asked my friends to sing a song from Lagaan movie, just to keep our self enthusiastic, it sounds funny right?, yes it is well jokes apart and then finally stepped into the company. We met the HR manager of the company who is such a gentlemen with blend of humane approach and professionalism which I found in very few mangers at the top level . We had a talk with Sir and expressed our motive behind we approaching their company and Sir to have an idea about our capabilities had conversation with each one of us and further Sir guided and motivated us telling that women too has the power of performing with excellence and this is such an era which demands a women to be knowledgeable and to be dependent and told that financial strength is very important

We were assigned a guide who belonged to the HR department who gave us all the required information and then back home for lunch and again had delicious lunch and back to work , hmmm…. Now comes again the spicy moments around 4 our work was over but we had decided to meet the HR manager who would be in a conference for the next 1.5 hours so we decided to move back home but on the way we were struck up due to heavy rain and at that place there was a bike parked and I was tired sat upon it and then my craziness regarding the photos cropped in then we began the photo session and made my friends to pose in many funny ways and really had a great time and it was fun then it was time up but it was still raining heavily and we kept moving towards office and by the time we reach office we all were looking like ‘Jal Rani’s’ because due to heavy rain we got wet . Finally after waiting for a long time we met HR manager for conveying our gratitude for permitting us to work in their company and for guiding us and Sir again spoke a word of motivation and guidance and wished us all the best for upcoming endeavors and with this word of blessings we left the place and we were done with the project and were happy

In the evening we had been to market and each one of us purchased one or the other thing as a matter of memory and back home and at home had some fun filling moments with my friend’s family and this way the trip to Dandeli added value and some beautiful moments to cherish in life

Programme On Placement & Training...

As we witness recovery from the stage of recession to recovery there is no demand for the employability, thus in wake of this prevailing situation there was a programme conducted at our college and the session was an eye opener to everyone as we are going to step into the corporate world shortly. The resource person who addressed us belonged to ‘ARMY’ , a retired person and who is now into the enhancement of soft skills among the students and working in an institute called ‘CDOC’, and the army essence was been seen which made us subconsciously to be disciplined , I can just call this as the power of army discipline because the environment prevailing around us make us behave accordingly and so it did

I’ve a lil closer attachment with the army, firstly because once upon a time I aspired to be a soldier and serve the nation but I found myself no match to being a soldier and also one of the very special person in my life aspire the same and have strong feeling towards army so I felt the session very special. Now coming to the aspects which were put forth in the session, Sir not only told us about the placement but also as to how to lead life, how to decide which path to move about and about the importance of being knowledgeable

Some of the very interesting matters which I liked are:

Firstly, Sir questioned us asking ‘Which is the most intelligent animal on earth?’ , then everyone of us answered telling ‘Human’, then Sir in reply began to smile and told this is were people go wrong because they never realize that they themselves are humans and whenever this questions is raised they answer as humans and not as‘WE’, so it is very important to realize as to what we are in life and need to have a wonderful conversation with oneself so as to know oneself and to know what is our destiny

Secondly, one of our classmate questioned ‘Is aptitude necessary to get employed?’, Sir answered telling that first we need to define what exactly we mean by aptitude, actually the word aptitude has no boundary and one can gain a mastery over it only by exposing oneself to the world and by acquiring knowledge and this knowledge can be acquired only through voracious reading and further Sir told that how much ever knowledge an individual gains its less so one has keep oneself updated with knowledge and step with the world only then there is chance of one’s survival. And some people question and enquire before joining any course as to which course might best suit us but everyone fail to realize that irrespective of the course which we pursue at the end what matters is how best we perform and the way of approach towards the course because the reason behind an individual’s success is oneself and the system and its only the non doers keep blaming things around them than making efforts

Finally, Sir expressed his views regarding the way of living and told that life is all about doing things in the best possible way by honest efforts and the almighty will surely bless such people. And for smooth running of life sometimes we need to agree to the disagree so that things are not complicated and are in the simplest manner. And further Sir shared his experience about the SSB interview were in the panel of experts questioned ‘What is best in you?’, and Sir fidgeted to answer as he didn’t knew as to what was best in himself , thus knowing oneself is very important in life at each stage which will rescue an individual from every situation of life

Hmmmm…….hang on the most important part of the session which pinched me was when Sir spoke about IAS, I aspire to become an IAS officer so this part was very special to me Sir gave a tip for the IAS aspirants telling that ‘commitment and hard work will definitely pave a way to achieve it’ and further he suggested to be ourselves at the time of interview and not to duplicate which will take us half the way towards the destiny

Well the session was mainly organized to make everyone of us to know the importance of being competitive and develop the required competencies to survive in the 21st century

A saga of life...

Well, life is all about acheiving success in life and thats very true. What is success? I,ve lot of confusion regarding success because for some people success means having a good career for some earning more n more money so in this manner success is defined in number of ways by every individual. And for me success is all about doing things in a better way in whatever I do n leading a better life with my world with love, respect n care. There are lot many barriers in acheving even our own goals of life because at each step there are people who pull you back. And I dont understand as to why people envy so much about others success these thoughts cropped in my mind because today I felt some what uncomfortable due to people behaviour because today 3 incidents happened in which i went through same condition where in I was busy with my work and people dropped in and started complaining n expressing thier envious behaviour towards my abilities, the very next moment I felt uncomfortable but later these people themselves made me realise that I really do have better capabilities than them n I should feel happy rather than feeling uncomfortable and this thought kept me moving.......I really dont understand why people are bothered about others more than their self..............

Life, in a metro...

I had a visit to one of the metro city and many things were running into my mind which i felt sholud be noted so am i doing it now.
Well there is a huge difference in the lifestlye of people residing at metro when compared to people residing at developing cities and towns. The major diffrence which I found is the approach towards life.People at metro are very much independent and busy with their ownm life rather than worrying about others and they are least bothered about what people around them say anf do whatever they feel like doing. But yes not to forget we are 'INDIANS' and we are known for our culture but generally if you have a close look that culture is deteriorating to far extent, people are being influenced to a greater extent by the west culture.I experienced two shocking situations over there and i felt people are crazy over here because people give a strange look at you if you are not dressed up in a so called modern way which makes you feel that you are an alien to them and the other thing was I enquired about a 'BHAGWAT GEETA' which is the holy book of Indians and immediately a girl bescide me laughed and questioned me telling do you still beleive in all this, come on, oh! you want to keep up that traditional spirit and again that lady gave a smile and made a move and left me moved over there, silly girl.I was really shocked by her statements coz how come people have gone so far behind all the fascianting things and question thier own motherland and the culture were in they are grown with, its really painful to experience such situations. And the standard of living is too high its difficult to a common man to survive comfortably but yes one thing is that the competitive environment and the grand lifestlye of the metros definetly motivated me to grow in life and also made me realise that the luxury of life can be experienced only if have money, really money has great powers than anything else. Though a man can be happy with basic neccesities of life every human urge more and more and they are absolutely right because there in human life there is something called as growth and in reality if a person is wealthy then that individual is growing, this what people say but for me growth is being happy and content with whatever god gives us and on our side keep making sincere efforts by which the almighty will surely shower his blessings on us.............................
